The realpark.app website is operated by Realpark, s.r.o., Pionierska 24, 080 05 Prešov, Company ID: 47 364 378 (referred to as “Realpark”). We take the protection of your personal data seriously.
1. Data we process
The website does not require registration and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Technical data necessary for secure delivery may be processed temporarily by our hosting provider. If you join the Confessio waitlist, we store only your email address, selected language, consent version and timestamps, and the status needed to manage the subscription.
2. Confessio release waitlist
We use your waitlist data only to send you one notification when Confessio is released. The legal basis is your freely given consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We keep the data until you withdraw consent or no later than 30 days after the release notification is sent, then delete or anonymise it.
3. Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We use this data only to answer your question or discuss potential cooperation.
4. Providers and security
Our technical hosting provider processes data on our behalf only as needed to operate and secure the website. We limit access to the waitlist and apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
5. Your rights
You have the right to withdraw consent and to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
