Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Confessio, provided by Realpark, s.r.o., Pionierska 24, 080 05 Prešov, Slovakia, Company ID 47 364 378. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the rules of the store through which you obtained it.
1. Purpose of Confessio
Confessio is a private preparation and educational aid for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. It is not a sacrament, does not replace confession to a priest, and does not provide pastoral, medical, legal, mental-health, or emergency advice. Contact an appropriate professional or emergency service when needed.
2. Your content and acceptable use
You remain responsible for entries you create and for keeping your device secure. Do not use the app to violate law, harm others, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Optional purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. If a subscription is offered, it renews automatically unless cancelled in the relevant store before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Consumable purchases may not be restorable; eligible non-consumables and subscriptions can be restored using the app or store account.
4. Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable operation but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Keep any export you need before deleting the app or changing devices.
5. Intellectual property
Confessio, its design, software, text, illustrations, and branding are owned by Realpark or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confessio is provided as available and Realpark is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
7. Platform terms
Apple users are also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Google Play users are also subject to the applicable Google Play terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for support provided by Realpark.
8. Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by Slovak law, without limiting mandatory rights in your country of residence. We may update them for legal or product changes. Questions may be sent to info@realpark.app.
